Our CHM physician is licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin, so patients must be physically located in Wisconsin during their virtual appointment with Comprehensive Healthspan Management, Ltd. Comprehensive Healthspan Management is designed to complement rather than replace primary care physician (PCP) services. Many patients experience infrequent, time-limited, and disease-focused appointments with their PCP. Our approach primarily centers on promoting health and optimizing lifestyle and epigenetic factors to achieve personal goals related to healthspan. We function as your telemedicine health consultant. This involves reviewing current health conditions, often recommending updated or specialized testing, and providing evidence-based recommendations tailored to each patient for health optimization. We embody a proactive and holistic approach to healthcare that prioritizes overall well-being and longevity.
Comprehensive Healthspan Management, Ltd (CHM) operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not participate in Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance plans. Our services are charged at a fixed rate, and patients may use HSA/FSA funds to cover these costs. CHM will not communicate with your insurance company, and it is the patient's responsibility to ensure payment for services rendered. Payment for all services is due at or before the time of service. We accept most major credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards for your convenience.
As a new patient prospect, you first undergo a detailed health intake session to determine if we might be a good fit to work together. Subsequent precision-medicine programs are individually designed and will be described, in detail, as a proposal to each patient.
