More About Doctor Damm

  Tessa W. Damm, DO is a quadruple board-certified physician with 25 years of experience in healthcare who shares our vision of a future defined by patient empowerment and healthspan optimization. Prior to coming to Comprehensive Healthspan Management, Dr. Damm participated in full time clinical practice including medical education and clinical research. 

Dr. Damm holds four board certifications and has practice expertise in the fields of Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care, and Lifestyle Medicine.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including emergency medicine, internal medicine, critical care (including medical, surgical, cardiac, neurologic, trauma, and cardiovascular Intensive Care Units) and has practiced clinically both within the United States and the United Kingdom.
 

Dr. Damm has been on faculty at both the Medical College of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health. She has served as a Regional Medical Director for one of the largest integrated health systems in the country, spent time on a national subspecialty board, and collaborated with multidisciplinary physicians from around the country to set standards for a newly-developed physician board examination. She has been published in a variety of medical journals including JAMA, Critical Care Clinics, Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine, and Pain Management (future science group).
